1. About the Service

Raiser CRM is a cloud-based business management software that includes CRM, HRM, Billing, and Lead Management features. Access to the Service may require registration, approval, and payment of applicable fees.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • Raiser CRM is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to user negligence

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The Service is offered on a subscription and/or service-based model

  • Payments must be made in advance as per the selected plan

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways

  • Raiser CRM does not store sensitive payment information such as card or bank details

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide partial refunds for unused periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts

  • Copy, modify, resell, or exploit the Service without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, logos, designs, and trademarks related to Raiser CRM are the intellectual property of the company

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability

  • Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime

  • Raiser CRM is not liable for losses due to service interruptions beyond reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Raiser CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the preceding billing cycle

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For misuse or illegal activity

  • For non-payment of fees

No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools or services. Raiser CRM is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana, India.
