Raiser (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides subscription-based software services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Subscription & Payments

  • Raiser operates on a subscription and service-based payment model.

  • Payments are required in advance for access to our software, services, and features.

  • All prices are displayed before checkout and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request cancellation of their subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

  • Access to the services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

3. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for subscriptions, setup fees, onboarding fees, or custom services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing

    • Service not activated due to system failure attributable to Raiser

4. Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Requests must include payment details, invoice number, and reason for the refund.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

6. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage of the service

  • Failure to understand product features

  • Delays or interruptions caused by third-party services, internet issues, or force majeure events

  • Termination of services due to violation of terms and conditions

7. Service Modifications & Termination

Raiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services in case of misuse, non-compliance with terms, or unlawful activity. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.

8. Policy Updates

Raiser reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
